ISKCON Durham is a non-profit religious organization, and all donations made through our website are voluntary contributions to support our spiritual, educational, and community activities. As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. However, if a donation has been made in error or a technical issue has occurred, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a donation refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with relevant details, including the date, amount, and transaction reference.
Event Registrations
Refunds for event registrations may be available depending on the nature of the event and timing of the request. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by ISKCON Durham, registered participants will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted prior to the event start date. Once an event has commenced, refunds may not be available.

When you contact ISKCON Durham, register for events, subscribe to updates, or participate in our activities, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you voluntarily provide.
Third-Party Payment Providers
All payments and donations made through our website are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. ISKCON Durham does not store your payment information and is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors.
